Business Officer: Valerie Gootee
Valerie Gootee brings more than 25 years experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining the FAZD Center, Gootee was a client account administrator for Lighthouse Capital Management in Houston. She has experience in establishing processes and procedures, reconciling daily accounts, assisting the chief compliance officer, providing management with department reviews and goals for strategic planning, and providing a weekly review of overall operations activities. As the center's overall financial officer, Gootee will be responsible for the preparation of financial reports, budget tracking and monitoring, assistance in the preparation of proposals and general financial oversight.
