Dr. James A. Wall, Director of Computing and Information Technology for the Texas Center for Applied Technology and an Associate Research Professor in the Industrial and Systems Engineering Department at Texas A&M University.Currently the principal investigator for several simulation programs related to incident management and emergency response.
