Dr. Blanca Lupiani, a principal investigator with the FAZD Center, is among 46 faculty members and administrators selected as 2012-13 Southeastern Conference Academic Leadership Development Program Fellows.
The collaborative program, begun in 2008 to help participants develop leadership and other skills for high-level positions in academia, has a university-level development session designed by each institution for its participants and three-day, SEC-wide workshops held this week at the University of Tennessee and in February at the University of Florida. Dr. Lupiani is a professor and an associate dean of faculties at Texas A&M University’s College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
