Two principal investigators from the FAZD Center discussed the use of information dashboards to support business continuity during the National Center for Food Protection and Defense’s January Research in Food Protection webinar on Jan. 6.
Dr Keith Biggers of Texas A&M University and Dr. Jim Roth of Iowa State University presented “Supporting Business Continuity during a Foreign Animal Disease Outbreak: Secure Food Supply Plans and Information Management” on dashboard technologies supporting various secure food supply plans and surrounding emergency management needs.
